Welcome to Congress!
On January 3, members of the Choose Clean Water Coalition made their way to Capitol Hill for the first day of the 119th Congress. Every January 3, the new members of Congress are sworn into the House and Senate before session starts. This year, the Chesapeake watershed has 16 new members, who all received a welcome to Congress letter and will be invited, along with the full Chesapeake delegation, to our Chesapeake Bay Day on Capitol Hill on March 5.
