Chesapeake Bay Day

The Coalition and its members will gather in-person again to meet with members of Congress and their staff to advocate for clean water policies and investments throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

2025 Choose Clean Water Conference

The Coalition is headed to Virginia's beautiful Shenandoah Valley for the 2025 Choose Clean Water Conference! Gathering in Harrisonburg, the conference will explore the theme, "Hills and Valleys: Our Journey for Clean Water."

As we turn to a pivotal year, the landscape of the Valley reminds us of the literal ups and downs nature of our work for clean water. We are excited to connect with fellow advocates and discuss how we can join forces in our journey for clean water.

Above and Beyond

As we hit the deadline to have all pollution reduction practices in place as part of the Chesapeake Bay restoration effort, the Coalition will harness the collective power of its more than 300 member organizations to advocate for a holistic approach that recognizes the important connection between land, water, wildlife, and people.

Learning More About Our Members

With the Coalition always adding new organizations to our membership and partners to our network, every few years we release a Network Survey. This survey allows us to learn more about the priorities and the challenges facing our community and helps inform our support and capacity building opportunities.

The Coalition has many more exciting developments for 2025. These include continuing our work to improve the collective capacity of the Chesapeake Bay's NGO community, engaging our members on growing water issues in the watershed such as data centers, and growing our team by welcoming a new Communications and Marketing Intern. Throughout it all, we are committed to tackling all our work for clean water with a close focus on benefitting all communities throughout the Chesapeake Bay region.
